Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Puff Pastry
  • 11 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken
  • 1 c. THRIVE Broccoli
  • 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 3 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tsp. Cholula
  • 11 c. Water
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 6 tbsp. Water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixer add all ingredients but cream cheese, scrambled eggs, and 6 Tbsp. water, and mix well for 3-4 minutes to break down ingredients and refresh.
  3. Add cream cheese and mix until well combine. Set aside. Take each puffed pastry sheet and cut into 2x2 squares.
  4. With a cookie scoop place a large Tablespoon of filling on each square. Bring in the edges and seal to create a ball.
  5. When all the puffs are finished place them on a cookie sheet. Mix scrambled eggs and 6 tablespoons water and whisk well. With a pastry brush egg wash each puff. Sprinkle chefs choice onto each puff.
  6. Bake on 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
