Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Puff Pastry
- 11 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken
- 1 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 3 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tsp. Cholula
- 11 c. Water
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 6 tbsp. Water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixer add all ingredients but cream cheese, scrambled eggs, and 6 Tbsp. water, and mix well for 3-4 minutes to break down ingredients and refresh.
- Add cream cheese and mix until well combine. Set aside. Take each puffed pastry sheet and cut into 2x2 squares.
- With a cookie scoop place a large Tablespoon of filling on each square. Bring in the edges and seal to create a ball.
- When all the puffs are finished place them on a cookie sheet. Mix scrambled eggs and 6 tablespoons water and whisk well. With a pastry brush egg wash each puff. Sprinkle chefs choice onto each puff.
- Bake on 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
