Chicken Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Asparagus
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Grilled Seasoned Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- On med heat Pour oil in to sauté pan or wok add onion and chicken sauté for 1 min add water just enough to cover onion and chicken
- Let chicken and onion simmer for about 2-3 mins once soft add in all other veggies and the remaining water add more if needed.
- Once all veggies are refreshed and to the consistency you desire.
- Optional 1 teaspoon chef choice seasoning Serve and enjoy ! Eat as a meal or as a side
