Cheesy Taco Beefy Mac

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried refreshed
- 1 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. Dry Taco Seasoning Mix (one package)
- 1/2 c Cheese Blend
- 1 1/2 c. Elbow Macaroni
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 4 c. Water
- 1 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried
- THRIVE Sour Cream Powder reconstituted or fresh sour cream, optional
- THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried Optional
Directions
- Heat large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add beef, onions, taco seasoning, and cheese blend. Stir to combine.
- Add macaroni, chili peppers, and water. Stir to combine. Cover with lid.
- Cook for 5 mins, stirring once. Remove lid. Add kale, stir to combine.
- Cover with lid. Cook about 3-4 mins until macaroni tender, stirring once or twice while cooking.
- Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
