Directions

  1. Rehydrate potato dices by putting them in a bowl with enough hot water that the potato dices start to float. Set aside.
  2. Refresh the cheese by putting it in a separate bowl with enough cold water that the cheese starts to float. Set in fridge.
  3. Mix 2 cups of cold water with the instant milk. Set in fridge.
  4. Make a roux by adding butter and flour to a saucepan on low heat, whisking constantly until combined.
  5. Add in potatoes, onions, milk, and 2 cups of the cheese. Let sauce thicken on low heat.
  6. Sprinkle in Chef's Choice Seasoning to taste.
  7. Transfer mixture to a 9 x 9 baking pan and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Cook in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
