Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Smoked Bacon, Diced Small
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 C THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C Cauliflower - Freeze Dried
- 2 C THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 8 C Water
- 1/4 C Cheese Blend
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 Tbsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 2 C THRIVE Bechamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce
- 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 2 Tbsp Chives
Directions
- In a skillet, brown and drain bacon.
- In a 4-quart saucepan, sweat garlic, butter, and bacon together.
- Add in celery, onions, cauliflower, potato dices, and water and bring to a simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add in cheese blend and seasoning blends and simmer for a minute.
- Stir in sauce mix and bring to a simmer; cook until thickening occurs.
- Remove from heat and fold in hot sauce, cheese, sour cream, and chives.
