Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C Smoked Bacon, Diced Small
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 C THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C Cauliflower - Freeze Dried
  • 2 C THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 8 C Water
  • 1/4 C Cheese Blend
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 2 C THRIVE Bechamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce
  • 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chives

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown and drain bacon.
  2. In a 4-quart saucepan, sweat garlic, butter, and bacon together.
  3. Add in celery, onions, cauliflower, potato dices, and water and bring to a simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add in cheese blend and seasoning blends and simmer for a minute.
  5. Stir in sauce mix and bring to a simmer; cook until thickening occurs.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in hot sauce, cheese, sour cream, and chives.
