Directions

  1. Mix the cheddar cheese and scrambled egg mix with water in a small bowl. Let sit for 3-5 minutes.
  2. While that is refreshing, heat and prep a mini waffle maker with cooking spray.
  3. Fill the bottom of the waffle maker with your mixture and close the lid. Cook until crisp and golden.
  4. Remove the chaffle and let cool slightly on a paper towel while you make your next chaffle and prepare your sandwich filling.
  5. You can put in any filling you'd like. The sky's the limit! Pictured is a fried egg, ham, and arugula.
