Tortilla wrapped veggies and eggs

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs or THRIVE Scrambled Egg mix
- 2 Tbsp 2% Milk or THRIVE Instant Milk
- 2 tsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 2 Slices Cheese or THRIVE Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Bacon
- 1 Burrito size Tortilla
Directions
- Whisk eggs until smooth. Could use Thrive scrambled egg mix too.
- Add milk and wisk until blended.
- Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms as desired or different veggies you like and let sit for 15mins to re-hydrate, stirring occasionally.
- Cook egg mixture on medium heat until eggs are cooked.
- Add cheese and melt
- I use already cooked bacon and crumble into egg mixture. Could use Thrive bacon too.
- Pour onto a burrito sized flour tortilla.
- Wrap up and enjoy!
