Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs or THRIVE Scrambled Egg mix
  • 2 Tbsp 2% Milk or THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 2 tsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 2 Slices Cheese or THRIVE Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Bacon
  • 1 Burrito size Tortilla

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs until smooth. Could use Thrive scrambled egg mix too.
  2. Add milk and wisk until blended.
  3. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms as desired or different veggies you like and let sit for 15mins to re-hydrate, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook egg mixture on medium heat until eggs are cooked.
  5. Add cheese and melt
  6. I use already cooked bacon and crumble into egg mixture. Could use Thrive bacon too.
  7. Pour onto a burrito sized flour tortilla.
  8. Wrap up and enjoy!
