Ingredients

  • 2 C THRIVE Potato Chunks
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Peppercorn

Directions

  1. Reconstitute the potatoes by pouring boiling water over them (about 2 1/2 cups). Allow the potatoes to soak for 10 minutes. Drain any excess water.
  2. Reconstitute vegetables and sausage with 1/2 cup of water for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a hot skillet add the oil and butter. Brown the potatoes and vegetable mixture, once browned, season with Chef's choice and Peppercorn blend seasonings.
