Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 C THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/2 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tsp Peppercorn
Directions
- Reconstitute the potatoes by pouring boiling water over them (about 2 1/2 cups). Allow the potatoes to soak for 10 minutes. Drain any excess water.
- Reconstitute vegetables and sausage with 1/2 cup of water for about 5 minutes.
- In a hot skillet add the oil and butter. Brown the potatoes and vegetable mixture, once browned, season with Chef's choice and Peppercorn blend seasonings.
