Breakfast Burrito in a Jar STARS

You don't have to even dirty a pan to make a protein packed breakfast on the go. This one is a GAME CHANGER my friend! I've provided measurements for the vegetables in this dish.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Sausage Crumbles FD
- 1/4 C THRIVE Potato Dices FD
- 1/4 C THRIVE Kale FD
- 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers FD
- 1/4 C THRIVE Mushroom FD Pieces
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Green Onions FD
- 1/4 C THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 2 Flour Tortillas
- 1/4 C Salsa and Cheese (optional)
Directions
- Layer a pint jar (I prefer wide mouth mason jars) with all dry ingredients starting with the sausage and moving down the list. ***TIP I find that if you put your sausage in a baggie and break it up just a little bit, it refreshes all the way through. Otherwise it can be a little crunchy in this dish.
- Make sure your lid is screwed on tight. You can make a week's worth at a time. Make them and consume them-they are delish!
- When you are ready to make your breakfast, add 1 cup water, screw the lid on tight and shake it up.
- You may need to experiment a little. In my microwave they cook in 2 minutes. There is a little water on top when it comes out but goes back down within 2 minutes.
- You can eat it right out of the jar with a little cheese and salsa or scoop it into tortillas. They are delish!
