Braised Beef Tips

Juicy braised beef tips to top your favorite side!

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1Tbsp Garlic
- 3/4 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 2 c THRIVE Beef Slices or Small Diced Beef
- 1/4 c Sherry cooking wine
- 1/2 c THRIVE Onion Slices
- 1 tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 c THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/2 c THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1 tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chef's Choice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 3/4 c Water
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
Directions
- Saute the garlic until lightly browned in a medium sauce pan.
- Add in the beef and stir to coat, deglaze with the Sherry.
- Once the Sherry is soaked up, and in the water.
- Add in remaining ingredients except the espagnole sauce.
- Reduce at a low simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add in the espagnole and simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Taste and adjust as needed.
