Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 C Red Wine
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/4 C THRIVE Celery
- 1 tsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Sauce
- 2 3/4 C Water
Directions
- Measure out all ingredients.
- Reconstitute ground beef by soaking in ½ cup water about 5 minutes. Do not drain.
- Sauté garlic in butter until softened. Deglaze with red wine and reduce by half.
- Add carrots, onions, celery, and beef and reduce until syrupy.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer on low for 8–10 minutes.
