Blue Cheese and Beef Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Meat Base (slightly cooled), see recipe
- 3 tbsp Blue Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tbsp. Chives
- 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - reconstituted
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cholula
- 20 Mushrooms
Directions
- Clean and pull the stems from the mushrooms and line in a casserole dish or sheet pan.
- In a bowl, mix all other ingredients together until well blended and place in freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.
- Take about 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling and make a ball, place on top of each mushroom, and press down to make a bond.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
