Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Meat Base (slightly cooled), see recipe
  • 3 tbsp Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tbsp. Chives
  • 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - reconstituted
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cholula
  • 20 Mushrooms

Directions

  1. Clean and pull the stems from the mushrooms and line in a casserole dish or sheet pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients together until well blended and place in freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.
  3. Take about 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling and make a ball, place on top of each mushroom, and press down to make a bond.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
