Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. Thrive Instant Black Beans
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 c. Thrive Tomato Dices
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Chipotle Powder
  • 1 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
  • 1 tbsp. Thrive Beef Bouillon
  • 7 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice

Directions

  1. In a 2–3 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients together except cilantro and lime juice and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add cilantro and lime juice after cooking and stir.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
