Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Instant Black Beans
- 1/4 tsp Powdered Thrive garlic
- 1/4 tsp Lemonade powder
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
- 1/2-3/4 tbsp Tahini
Directions
- Refresh instant black beans according to instructions on the can(drain but save the liquid)
- Place garlic into the bowl of food processor and add black beans, lemonade ,tahini,cumin, salt and pepper as needed
- Taste and add extra bean liquid and seasonings desired
