Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Instant Black Beans
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered Thrive garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Lemonade powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2-3/4 tbsp Tahini

Directions

  1. Refresh instant black beans according to instructions on the can(drain but save the liquid)
  2. Place garlic into the bowl of food processor and add black beans, lemonade ,tahini,cumin, salt and pepper as needed
  3. Taste and add extra bean liquid and seasonings desired
