Black Bean Dip

Perfect dip for chips or crackers!

Ingredients
- 3 C THRIVE Instant Black Beans
- 1/2 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/2 C THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/2 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 4 C Water
- 2 Tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Turn down to a simmer and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- With a hand immersion blender, blend beans until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of cheese and put into a small baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
- Serve it over tortilla chips with some guacamole, salsa, or sour cream.
