Black Bean Brownies

Black Bean Brownies will reduce sugar per serving and add texture.

Ingredients
- 1/2 can THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix Put 1/2 can of brownie mix in mixing bowl.
- 1/8 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour) Add flour to brownie mix
- 2/3 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans Add 1.5 water and cook 10 min until tender
Directions
- Add brownie mix and flour in mixing bowl.
- Mash black beans in hot water they were cooked in and add to dry ingredients
- Optional to add 1/4 cup nuts and 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Mix well and put in 8x8 oiled baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy, the brownies will be lower in sugar per serving and beans add texture.
