Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Salad Seasoning Blend
  • 2 c. Rainbow Farfalle Pasta cooked
  • 1 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans cooked
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Raspberries
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Blueberries
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 2 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Put pasta and black beans in bowl.
  2. Rehydrate blueberries and raspberries together, mix together.
  3. Dressing- mix lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic, sugar, and salad blend seasoning. Drain berry juice into dressing.
  4. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese(dry) on top.
