Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Salad Seasoning Blend
- 2 c. Rainbow Farfalle Pasta cooked
- 1 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans cooked
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Raspberries
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Blueberries
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery
- 2 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Put pasta and black beans in bowl.
- Rehydrate blueberries and raspberries together, mix together.
- Dressing- mix lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic, sugar, and salad blend seasoning. Drain berry juice into dressing.
- Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese(dry) on top.
