Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Greek Style Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried
- 6 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 3 c. Water
- 12 Ice
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Pour and serve. Makes 5 one cup servings. (my kids actually split it in 2!!!)
- I make this smoothie every morning for my kids and they love it! Gives them all the nutrition, vitamins, anti-oxidants and nourishment they need for the day. If you don't like it as sweet, omit the raspberries for a milder , less sweet flavor.
