Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 8 c. water, cold
- 2 c. Beef Slices
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Peas
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together until smooth.
- In a large stock pot, mix all other ingredients together and bring to a simmer for 12 minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry to the stew and stir to thicken.
- Allow to simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
- Let stand from heat for 3–4 minutes and serve.
- Serving Ideas: Add other herbs or vegetables to your liking. Delicious served with our THRIVE Cheese Bread!
