Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 1/2 c. Pearled Barley
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Small Diced Beef- FD
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Celery - FD
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - FD

Directions

  1. Layer in pint jar beginning with bouillon.
  2. Fix jar lid and label.
  3. Soup in a quart jar is intended for 4 servings. To make it up, dump contents of jar into 5 cups water. If you are making a pot of soup and want to adjust the recipe for more or less servings, remember you'll be adjusting your water too.
  4. Bring to a boil then gently simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit covered another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve.
  6. Optional - I’m all about vegetables, so once I remove from heat I’ll often add a scoop of THRIVE Spinach or THRIVE Kale.
