Beef Fajita Bake

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp Thrive Life Garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Beef Bouillon
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Classic Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Green Chili Peppers
- 1 C Thrive Life Instant White Rice
- 3/4 C Thrive Life Ground Beef
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1/2 - 3/4 C Thrive Life Pepper Jack Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour cheese into a small container with a lid. Add 2 Tbsp of water and shake until all water is absorbed. If cheese is not soft enough, add a little more water and shake again. Place in fridge.
- Put remaining ingredients into a 9×9 baking dish.
- Pour 2 ¼ cups water into the dish and stir well. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once the casserole is fully hydrated and rice is cooked, top with the hydrated cheddar cheese, spreading it evenly over the top.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
