A delicious soup, much like a stuffed cabbage roll. It's easy to get together with all the Thrive ingredients. You'll get a great flavor by letting most of the ingredients simmer for an hour before adding the last of the ingredients.by Erin Jespersen

Ingredients

  • 8 c. Water
  • 2 Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef FD
  • 1 can Italian Tomato Dices
  • 4 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - FD
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - FD
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Beans - FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Simply Organic All Purpose seasoning or Thrive Chef Seasoning
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - FD
  • 1 pkg. Fresh Cabbage sliced or shredded

Directions

  1. Add water, bouillon, ground beef, diced tomatoes, tomato powder, green peppers, red peppers, carrots, green beans (feel free to add any other Thrive veggies to the mix), garlic powder, sea salt, and all purpose seasoning to a large soup pot and simmer for at least an hour.
  2. After simmering for an hour add chopped onions, onion slices, and the cabbage and simmer for 20 more minutes. Ready to Serve! Enjoy!
