Beef & Broccoli Over Rice

Ingredients
- butter or oil to grease pan
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Ground Beef, rehydrated
- 2 cloves crushed fresh garlic
- 1 tsp crushed fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 C Thrive Life Broccoli, rehydrated
- 1/4 C water
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers, rehydrated
- 1 C cooked rice
- chopped fresh green onions for garnish
Directions
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Heat pan with butter or oil. Add rehydrated beef and sauté.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Combine well.
- Add red pepper flakes, broccoli, water, and red pepper. Mix well and sauté for a couple minutes.
- Serve on top of rice.
