Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Pine nuts
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1/4 c. Basil
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1/4 c. Olive oil

Directions

  1. In a food processor, bring the pine nuts, cheese, and garlic together and process until paste-like.
  2. Add water and herbs and mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper, then drizzle in olive oil while stirring until blended.
  4. Add to Tuscan Tomato Soup or other soups or sauces.
