This is a basic stir fry recipe. You can add more flavor and sauce to your liking! It can also be a jar meal recipe! by Hila Wood

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 clv Garlic minced or THRIVE Garlic
  • 1 c THRIVE Beef Slices or Small Diced Beef
  • 1/4 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 3/4 c THRIVE Green Beans
  • 1/4 c THRIVE Onion Slices
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Celery
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
  • 1 1/2 c Water, divided

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine beef, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp water.
  2. Cover and marinate 5 minutes.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except garlic and sesame oil to bowl and add the remaining water and soy sauce.
  4. Cover and allow to sit an additional 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
  5. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a wok or frying pan.
  6. Add garlic and saute briefly.
  7. Add contents of bowl to wok or pan.
  8. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid is cooked out.
  9. Serve over THRIVE Instant Rice.
