Basic Stir Fry

This is a basic stir fry recipe. You can add more flavor and sauce to your liking! It can also be a jar meal recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 clv Garlic minced or THRIVE Garlic
- 1 c THRIVE Beef Slices or Small Diced Beef
- 1/4 c THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 3/4 c THRIVE Green Beans
- 1/4 c THRIVE Onion Slices
- 1/2 c THRIVE Broccoli
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Celery
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
- 1 1/2 c Water, divided
Directions
- In a bowl, combine beef, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp water.
- Cover and marinate 5 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients except garlic and sesame oil to bowl and add the remaining water and soy sauce.
- Cover and allow to sit an additional 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a wok or frying pan.
- Add garlic and saute briefly.
- Add contents of bowl to wok or pan.
- Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid is cooked out.
- Serve over THRIVE Instant Rice.
