I've been perfecting this recipe for about 6 months.... it's good, really good! I wanted to surprise my wife with the chocolate chips so I called them brown berries and it stuck. by Shane Loveland

Ingredients

  • 1 c. 10 Grain Pancake Mix
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 c. Marshmallows (optional)
  • 2/3 c. THRIVE Banana Slice- slightly crushed - mashed if non-THRIVE
  • Homemade Syrup (kind of)
  • 1 c. Pancake Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Butter, salted

Directions

  1. Pancakes
  2. Mix all pancake ingredients (not syrup) together in a medium bowl but keep it a little lumpy
  3. Cook the pancakes
  4. Syrup
  5. Mix everything together and microwave for 30-60 seconds. Watch to make sure it does not boil over.
  6. Adding whipped cream and strawberries to this should probably be illegal, but it really makes these pancakes over the top on awesomeness.
