Baked Parmesan Chicken Bites

Ingredients
- 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 pn. Salt, Table
- 1 pn. Black Pepper
- 1/2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 3 Raw, Whole Egg
- 1 c. Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Add the hot water and chicken to a bowl and let sit until soft, then drain.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a re-sealable bag, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian Seasoning Blend.
- Then add the chicken and shake the bag until well combined.
- Beat the 3 eggs in a bowl and dip each piece of chicken in the egg until covered.
- In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs and cheese and coat each piece of chicken individually in the mixture.
- Place the chicken strips on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way, and bake until golden brown.
