Ingredients

  • 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 pn. Salt, Table
  • 1 pn. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 3 Raw, Whole Egg
  • 1 c. Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. Water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Add the hot water and chicken to a bowl and let sit until soft, then drain.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. In a re-sealable bag, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian Seasoning Blend.
  5. Then add the chicken and shake the bag until well combined.
  6. Beat the 3 eggs in a bowl and dip each piece of chicken in the egg until covered.
  7. In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs and cheese and coat each piece of chicken individually in the mixture.
  8. Place the chicken strips on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way, and bake until golden brown.
  9. Enjoy!
