Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal To Go!

There is no need to sacrifice health or taste on busy mornings. These individual to-go baked oatmeal's are a quick and easy solution for a satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs or THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1/2 C Unsweetened, Applesauce or THRIVE Applesauce
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla
- 2 C Quick Oats
- 1 C THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices FD - broken into pieces
Directions
- Whisk the eggs, applesauce, brown sugar, and applesauce together in a medium-sized bowl until combined.
- Add the spices and oats to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
- Break the fuji apples into chunks and stir into the mixture until combined.
- Fill parchment-lined muffin cups 2/3 full, and bake for 15-20 minutes until set and cooked through.
- Store leftovers in a an airtight container in the fridge, or freeze any extras in a freezer-safe Ziploc bag.
- To reheat, simply pop in the microwave for 10-20 seconds until heated through.
- Enjoy cold, or give them a quick zap in the microwave, and be on your way.
