Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions FD
  • 1 C THRIVE Potato Dices FD
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 4 C Water

Directions

  1. In a medium pan bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add 3 Tablespoons THRIVE Chopped Onions- Freeze Dried & 1 Cup THRIVE Potato Dices-Freeze Dried to boiling water.
  3. Boil for 20 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the bacon.
  5. Dice 1 pound of bacon.
  6. In a frying pan cook bacon until desired crispness. Pour off, & save bacon grease, to help bacon get crispy.
  7. After potatoes are tender, drain off the water.
  8. Place potatoes in frying pan with bacon & brown until you are happy. About 5 to 10 minutes. If the potatoes are too dry or sticking to pan add a little bacon grease.
