Asparagus Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
- 3 c THRIVE Asparagus
- 1 c THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1 1/2 c THRIVE Onion Slices
- 1 1/2 c Water - to reconstitute vegetables
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chef's Choice
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Butter
Directions
- Reconstitute the vegetables with 1 1/2 cups of water.
- Set aside.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in saute pan and saute garlic.
- Once slightly golden brown, add in the reconstituted vegetables and add seasonings.
- Saute until hot.
