Ingredients

  • 3 c THRIVE Asparagus
  • 1 c THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 1/2 c THRIVE Onion Slices
  • 1 1/2 c Water - to reconstitute vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chef's Choice
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Directions

  1. Reconstitute the vegetables with 1 1/2 cups of water.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in saute pan and saute garlic.
  4. Once slightly golden brown, add in the reconstituted vegetables and add seasonings.
  5. Saute until hot.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saute pan and saute garlic.
  7. Once slightly golden brown, add in the reconstituted vegetables and add seasonings.
  8. Saute until hot. Enjoy!
