  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Meat Base, see recipe
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Broccoli - reconstitute with 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro
  • 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Napa Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 pkg. Wonton wrappers

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together, except for wonton wrappers, into a pan and saute until cabbage is softened.
  2. Assembly: To assemble potstickers, take a wonton wrapper and place on counter. Dip your finger in water and wet the outside edges of the wrappers. Place 1 tbsp of filling into the center of the wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper into a triangle and crease the edges together. Set aside and repeat process for remaining potstickers.
  3. To cook potstickers, heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil over medium high heat.
  4. Place potstickers seam side up in the pan. Cook for about 1 minute.
  5. Add in 3/4 cup water, cover and let steam for about 7 minutes.
  6. Take lid off and continue to cook until potstickers are browned.
