Apricot Blueberry Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 c Quick Oats
- 1/2 c THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c THRIVE Apricot - Freeze Dried
- 1 c THRIVE Honey Crystals rehydrated
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 3 tbsp Dark Chocolate
Directions
- Combine oats, almonds, and fruit in bowl
- In a sauce pan, heat honey and add vanilla
- Pour dry ingredients into pan and mix
- Pour ingredients onto parchment paper and press down with rubber spatula
- Refrigerate 30 minutes
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over top
- Cut into pieces and wrap in parchment paper for storage
