Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk + 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. Quick Oats
  • 1 c. THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Bring milk to a boil and add oats and apple slices. Bring down to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Once oatmeal is tender, add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Let rest covered for 3–5 minutes before serving.
