Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Orange Bliss + 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
- 1 1/2 c. Cane Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder + 1/4 cup water
- 1 c. THRIVE Applesauce (prepared)
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices - Freeze Dried (rehydrated)
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions
- Soak raisins in Orange Bliss. Preheat oven to 375F.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan. Sift flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, eggs, apple sauce, molasses, raisins, apples, and nuts. Mix well.
- Batter will be thick. Pour batter into a bundt pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
