Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices - Ground into a coarse powder to make 1 cup powder
  • 1/4 C Dried Cranberries finely diced (I used THRIVE Cranberries ground into a coarse powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 C Icing Sugar
  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Icing Sugar

Directions

  1. Mix together the apple, cranberries, cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Remove 2 tblsp of this mixture and place in a small bowl with the remaining 2 tblsp of icing sugar, stir and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining powder to the cream cheese and blend well.
  4. Place mixture on a piece of saran wrap, form into a ball, place into refridgerator for 10 minutes to harden.
  5. Roll the ball in the reserved powder, place on a plate, serve with crackers and enjoy.
  6. Alternatively, you can roll the ball in a cinnamon/sugar mixture or crushed graham crackers.
