Apple Cranberry Cinnamon Cheeseball

A blend of sweetness and tartness with the cream cheese makes a delightful taste explosion.

Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices - Ground into a coarse powder to make 1 cup powder
- 1/4 C Dried Cranberries finely diced (I used THRIVE Cranberries ground into a coarse powder)
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 C Icing Sugar
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Icing Sugar
Directions
- Mix together the apple, cranberries, cinnamon and sugar.
- Remove 2 tblsp of this mixture and place in a small bowl with the remaining 2 tblsp of icing sugar, stir and set aside.
- Add the remaining powder to the cream cheese and blend well.
- Place mixture on a piece of saran wrap, form into a ball, place into refridgerator for 10 minutes to harden.
- Roll the ball in the reserved powder, place on a plate, serve with crackers and enjoy.
- Alternatively, you can roll the ball in a cinnamon/sugar mixture or crushed graham crackers.
