Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Wild Rice Pilaf
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Peas - FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - FD
  • 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
  • 1/4 c. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
  • 5 c. Water
  • 1 can Coconut Milk

Directions

  1. Put Rice Pilaf, chicken, peas, corn, curry, butter and water in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add can of coconut milk and heat through. Serve with your favourite homemade breadstick.
