
My Favorites
I have so many Thrive Life favorites I found it hard to limit my picks to five. Fresh, sweet pineapples are hard to find where we live. TL pineapples are so perfect for snacking, either alone or as a yummy part of any fruit dish. I have tossed into the trash many a-pineapple when I've cut into brown yuck either because they came that way or I just didn't get around to using them before going bad. Strawberries are another favorite TL fruit for many of the same reasons as pineapples. They're so versatile for snacking, slushies, on ice cream, and anything you add fruit into. I no longer throw away gone bad or just not good strawberries. Green Peas are a perfect healthy snack by themselves or in a blend with other TL veggies. They are a perfect addition in salads, soups, stews, and casseroles. Chopped Spinach is so VERY versatile. It's right there to toss into an omelet, frittata, quiche, soup, stew, on & on. Shredded Beef is another very versatile item, on hand to create a stew, soup, or sandwich. It's yummy and hardy. As a former teacher of foods, nutrition, and cooking I must say that I so appreciate the freshness and nutritional aspects of Thrive Life foods. And the convenience could not be better. I'm relatively new to Thrive Life so have not tried all the food items yet but I'm excited to have made this discovery. I don't use TL foods every day but enjoy and appreciate the ease and convenience when time is limited or I haven't been to the grocery store for a while. And with grocery prices going up daily, it's a hedge against inflation. I also love the 25 year shelf life as a safeguard in case of an emergency.
