Life moves too fast and there's never enough time in the day. As prices continue to increase and food shortages keep changing our dinner plans, it's time to try freeze-dried!
Having fresh, nutritious food that you can use in your daily meals, snacks on the go, or keep some on hand for a rainy day, it's a no-brainer. Get all your food freeze dried and you don't have to worry about it spoiling in the refrigerator or being unavailable in the store. It's non-GMO food with a 20-30 year shelf life, you can't go wrong.

My Favorites
PINEAPPLES...BLUEBERRIES...MILK...SHRIMP...BUTTERNUT SQUASH... These are a few of my favorite things because they are often seasonal, harder to find, more expensive, and not always the best quality in my local grocery store. I love the pineapples and blueberries fresh from the can as a snack or together with the milk in a smoothie. I can pair the butternut squash with milk, and make a soup or a curry. Or, I can do a stir-fry with shrimp sautéed with pineapple and veggies. Oh, the possibilities!!
